The audio/video player doesn't work

If you don't hear any sound when you click on the audio/video player within a lesson, make sure that the sound works on your computer or mobile device - speakers or headphones must be connected and volume shouldn't be too low! Also, check that the sound of the player is not muted or too low.

If you still have problems to listen to the audios or play the videos, there are a few things you can try:

  • Try refreshing or reloading the page / app. Sometimes the media files cannot be properly loaded the first time you open your lesson;

  • Try using another web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox;

  • If you are using one of our apps, please make sure that you have its latest version, and if not, update it. If in doubt, you can even delete and reinstall the app.
