I didn't receive my daily correction - should I freak out?
There will be no need for freaking out. Don't forget that you can access your latest corrections directly from your Workbook at any time, under the 'Pedagogy' tab. ('What is the Workbook ? How do I access it?')
Possible reasons for a missing correction:
- Have you checked your junk e-mail or Spam?
Our lessons and corrections are sometimes filtered as SPAM, so you may need to check your junk mail or SPAM folder. In addition, feel free to add the following address to your address book or list of contacts: email@example.com
- Make sure that your answers have actually been sent.
The reception of your lesson is always confirmed by a message after hitting the SEND button. If you received this confirmation message, your correction is on the way! Depending on your connection and Internet speed, the correction may take a couple of minutes to arrive.
