I clicked on the confirmation link, but I can't log in to the App.
This problem sometimes occurs with certain phones or tablets, generally if too much time has passed between clicking the confirmation link and returning to the application.
If the problem persists after a few attempts, please do the following:
- Open the application and tap or touch the "Sign in" link then choose to sign in with email.
- Enter the email address associated with your account, then touch the "Sign in" button
- Go to your inbox from a different device (PC, tablet, etc.) and confirm your email address.
- Since the application should still be open on your mobile device, press the "VERIFY NOW!" button, and you should be able to use the App correctly with your account.
