How can I edit reports, change notification settings, etc. ?

  • Editing Reports

You can edit information such as participation rates and training time over a given period in pedagogical and administrative reports.

To do so, go to the "Manage Students" section, click on "Create Report" and fill out the form. You can create reports for both students and groups.

If you wish to receive information regarding a specific student, find the name of your desired user, then click for more info. To find a student quickly, you can use the search bar at the top of the page.

Depending on your credential level, you might need to ask your student to share their learning data with you. To do so, click on the student's profile then click on "Request Pedagogical Data". The student will then receive an email in which and decide whether or not to give you access.

  • Notifications

You can choose the notifications you want to receive by email (including reports, satisfaction surveys, reminders and student updates).

Just visit the "Account Management" section and personalize your preferences in the "Notifications" section.
